Construction manager
The site manager has a supervisory function. He ensures that construction measures are implemented according to plan and that timings are adhered to, is responsible for budgeting, ensures that building regulations are followed and ensures safety on the construction site.
Structural engineer
His tasks include the basic determination, the construction draft as well as the implementation planning and production monitoring. The structural engineer checks the static-constructive documents that have already been created for their completeness and correctness
Architect
Handling of the planning from the draft through building permit and detailed planning.
Clarification on building law issues.
Advisory activities and obligation to inform about important circumstances.
Coordination with other stakeholders (e.g. the building authority)
Construction supervision depending on the assignment.
Surveyor
Advise our customers, roughly speaking, on all topics that affect the condition of the building, such as construction defects, conversions, renovations and extensions, as well as the planning and construction of new buildings.
